We wanted to express our experience with you and your team on the sale of our home (45 Stuyvesant Avenue). We wanted to start by saying this, we had A FEW potential buyers before we spoke with you so by that time we were really frustrated with the whole process. For an example, We had a buyer to promise an amount then changed it on the contract and argued with me (Sharon) that they never gave me the amount I was expecting. So once I spoke with you I was on edge and weary because of our previous experiences. From day one you asked the right questions, you gave the right answers and the most important part was YOU KEPT YOUR WORD. Once the contract was signed, I was put into contact with your partner Cory Reed. Cory as like you was very polite and was willing to work with my schedule. Cory handled the inspections, coordinated the picture taking of my home, the attorney and the closing process. There were no surprises nor issues and that meant a lot. Everything that was stated was kept as promised. I was copied on all correspondence and even received text and phone calls to make sure I was aware of what was going on. This process was already stressful not just because of the other potential buyers but because this was done in the midst of Covid 19. Everyone you and Cory sent to our home for whatever reason was respectful and made sure they wore the proper protection not only for their safety but for our family as well.
